Materials Used to Manufacture our Seals include

Polyurethanes

Polyurethanes are thermoplastic elastomers which demonstrate the characteristics of elastomers over a wide temperature range and in addition have the processing behaviour of thermoplastics.

They can be melted at high temperature and can be processed with traditional thermoplastic processing techniques. Polyurethanes offer outstanding mechanical properties like wear restistance.

Elastomers

Elastomers, respectively rubber materials are polymers, which are chemically cross-linked by the vulcanization process.

Due to their chemical bonds, they do not melt, but rather begin to decompose at high temperatures.

NBR, EPDM, VITON, MVQ and HNBR In essence, this material is used to make Rubber seals such as O ring, gasket and so on.

Thermoplastics
